Heat recovery is the effective redistribution of heat and airflow throughout your house. Using a concealed duct system, the outside fresh air is drawn in and passed through the heat exchanger which warms and distributes it to living areas and bedrooms. The warm, moist air from kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms and en-suites is extracted and filtered, preventing condensation and in some instances mould building up in these areas. Over 90% of the heat recovered is utilised to warm the incoming fresh air.
All of the air being drawn into the system is filtered to prevent dust and pollen entering the house, which can be of great benefit to those with asthma and allergies.
